Our Story
Anyone that knows me will tell you I’m a big animal lover. All I think about is my furry or feathery friends and the happiest I can be when I’m with my gang. I started my Quail Journey with 6 Coturnix hatching eggs with the intention and excitement of hatching my own fluff balls and then feeding our dogs the delicious and nutritious eggs and having the joy of pet Quails. Having Quail quickly turned addictive. It’s such a fun and rewarding hobby, that turned into a little venture branching out selling eggs which now allowed me to expand and add Chinese Painted Quails then mountain Quails and now Chickens with more coming soon. As big animal lovers we just fell in love with Quail and Chickens and then wanted more and more.. and here we now are with Little Smiths Quails. We are DEFRA / APHA registered
Hatching Eggs
Important Information
We ship our eggs using Royal Mail or DPD tracked 24, with dispatches occurring from Monday - Thursday for hatching eggs, this stops Eggs sitting around at the delivery depots. While feed and other items we ship asap.We take every measure to guarantee your eggs arrive safely, but please remember they are extremely delicate and once with the couriers, we can not control how they are handled. We pack them very carefully and often include a few extra eggs (when available) to provide you with the best service possible. If it’s your first time hatching please reach out for help and advice so I can and support you.

We truely care about the welfare of our birds and want them to live happy, healthy long lives. Our eggs are fertility checked weekly and we are hatching ourselves regularly. Our birds are our pets and are a loved part of the family
Freshness
We collect our eggs fresh daily, and only ever send out the freshest laid eggs. We won’t ever send eggs that are older than two days since laid, this reduces the fertility rates dropping by time you receive them. However as these are animals sometimes there may be a slight delay while eggs are collected, we can only supply eggs that our Quails lay, and their health and well being is the most is paramount.
